Primed items refer to the smooth paintable cover that is ready be painted to the colour of the vehicle. Primed items can come in either grey or paintable black. Please refer to the product description to confirm.
Do you offer a painting service?
Colour coding of vehicle parts is not a service we provide. However, we do sell primed parts which can be painted as described above.
Can I collect my order?
Collection is not available, all items will be sent out via courier. Either Royal Mail or DPD will deliver the product. Please note all DPD deliveries require a signature on delivery. A delivery upgrade is available for next working day for £6.99.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
YES we are a UK VAT registered company, our automated system will email your VAT invoice the moment you complete your order. We also include a hard copy of your invoice with your parts on delivery.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the item to our returns unit address listed below. Please return your item with the invoice in the original packaging. Please select a reason for returning on the invoice. Failure to do so will delay the returns and refund process.
When will my item be dispatched?
Any items ordered after 4pm will be dispatched the following day (Monday to Friday).
Items ordered after 4pm on Friday will be processed the next working day, excluding. Public holidays.

When will I receive my item?
Royal Mail standard delivery (£4.99 service) can take up to 2-3 days.
DPD next working day delivery (£6.99 service) will be the following day if ordered before 4pm Monday-Thursday for delivery for the same working week.
Items ordered Friday before 4pm will arrive the following working day (Monday – excludes bank holidays).

We offer a DPD next working day delivery is £6.99 per 4 items to a UK address. (Mainland UK)
International DPD 2 day delivery is £8.99 per 4 items to Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Scottish Highlands and Southern/Northern Ireland.

What if I am not at home when you deliver?
Royal mail does not require a signature for delivery. However, all DPD deliveries must be signed for. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
You will be left with a card to notify you when delivery will be attempted again or whether the product is being held for collection.

Will my delivery be affected due to national bank holidays?
Yes, Please mind that delivery times quoted above may vary on national bank holidays, Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
How do I return an item?
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Simply return the item to us using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Customers that have used our Standard shipping option are subject to outbound shipping costs, this will be deducted from your return refund.
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Customers that have used our standard shipping option are subject to outbound shipping costs, this will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in saleable new condition with original materials and packaging.
An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Suspect Damage and or Obvious Damage to the package or box on delivery
Please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and call us immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, note "Possible Damage" on the delivery receipt while the carrier is present and refuse delivery. This way we will replace immediately hassle free.
We encourage you to test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any problems. If you think your product is defective, don’t worry.
In most cases, it’s a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. You are also welcome to contact our technicians to help solve your issue. Please have your order number available for fastest service.

Items returned with the product display box damaged by sellotape no longer fit for display will be subject to a re-boxing fee up to five pounds, all our items have an outer box and a display box with the new product inside, All items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a full refund unless returning under warranty
